フランスの画家ジャン・デュビュッフェの提唱した
アール・ブリュット、
「生の芸術」という言葉がある
正規の教育を受けていない、
既存の潮流に影響されない表現を指す。
アール・ブリュットという言葉があるならば、
別府倫太郎の書くものは
アール・ブリュット「生の文章」そのものである

創刊によせて

この度、文藝レゾンデートルを創刊いたします。
レゾンデートル（raison d'être）は、フランス語の哲学の言葉で存在理由、存在意義などを意味する言葉です。
自分の存在について考えること、自分の存在理由と向き合うことそれこそが創作なのではないかという考えに立って、レゾンデートルという名前をつけました。
内容については妥協せずに、だけれど、どこまでも自由で、幅のあるものにしていきたいと思っております。
みなさま、どうぞこれからも末永くよろしくお願いいたします。

A Note from the Editor
There is a term coined by the French painter Jean Dubuffet: Art Brut — raw art. It refers to expression untouched by formal education, unbeholden to existing currents or movements.
If Art Brut exists, then what Rintaro Beppu writes is Art Brut in the realm of words — raw writing itself.

On the Founding
With this issue, I am launching Bungei Raison d'Être.
Raison d'être is a philosophical word from the French, meaning the reason for existence, the meaning of one's being.
I named this publication Raison d'Être because I believe that to contemplate one's own existence — to confront the reason one is here — is, at its heart, what creation is.
In terms of content, I intend never to compromise. And yet I want it to remain entirely free, wide in its range, open to everything.
I look forward to your continued support for a long time to come.
